anodised

Aluminium

  • 0.3 mm thick
  • 0.5 mm thick (our most economical aluminium)
  • 1.0 mm thick

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, harsh environments or subject to handling, wear and tear. The label will resist scratching, abrasion and is unaffected by oil, grease and most chemicals.

Black print is UV stable but colour print can fade. These labels will outlive the assets they are attached to.

Fixing options include high performance 3M GPT-020P adhesive which can be used to stick to the widest variety
surfaces or 2 holes to positively fix using rivets or screws.

A slight curve on thinner metal can be accommodated when no
flat surface is available by pre bending the label to shape.

Applications: Office, workshop, industrial, marine, external exposure.

316 No.4 finish

Stainless Steel

  • 0.7mm thick
  • 1.2mm thick

The toughest label / tag for the toughest environments.
Often used in alkaline or acidic environments that would affect aluminium, or in underground mines, food processing facilities and specialty applications.

The printing is permanently laser marked into the metal.

Applications:
Workshop, industrial, underground mines, food processing, exposure to high alkaline or acidic environments.

Overlaminated

Polypropylene & Polyester

Tough flexible materials with a permanent adhesive suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor use on both flat and curved surfaces.

Durability is enhanced by overlaminating to protect the printing on the label. The printed image is sandwiched beneath a clear layer of mylar to protect from soiling, wear or rubbing.

Both materials are Mild solvent, oil and grease resistant.

Applications: Office, warehouse, laptops, iPads, office equipment

Tamper Evident

Polyacrylic

A tamper evident security label that breaks apart like an egg shell if tampered with.

Permanently marked by laser for a very
durable print. The label is resistant against chemicals, abrasion, temperature and ageing.

High performance adhesive provides reliable, permanent adhesion to low
surface energy plastics, powder coating and textured surfaces.
