Metall Label Plus GmbH (operating as Online Asset Labels) is committed to delivering your custom metal labels and asset tags safely and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines our delivery options, processing times, costs, and your rights as a customer.

Processing and Production Times

Standard Orders

  • Production time: 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and artwork approval
  • Custom labels: Additional 1-2 business days for complex customizations
  • Large orders (500+ pieces): May require additional 2-3 business days

Express/Urgent Orders

For now we do not offer express or urgent orders. Please contact us at info@onlineassetlabels.de if you require your order by a certain date and we can discuss the best solution.

Business Days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. German holidays may extend processing times.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping throughout Europe for €15.00 per order.

European Shipping (Including Germany)

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: €15.00 flat rate (all orders)
  • Coverage: All European Union countries plus UK, Switzerland, Norway
  • Tracking: Included with all shipments
  • Customs: No additional customs fees within EU

International (Non-European)

Currently, we only ship within Europe. For orders outside of Europe, please contact us at info@onlineassetlabels.de to discuss options.

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping throughout Europe:

European Shipping: €15.00 per order (all destinations)

No minimum order requirements, no weight calculations, no complex pricing tiers. Every order within Europe ships for the same flat rate of €15.00.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • DHL Packstationen: Available throughout Germany

  • Standard delivery: To your specified address during normal delivery hours
  • ID verification: May be required for high-value orders
  • Safe location: Packages may be left in secure locations if no one is present

International Shipping Details

Customs and Duties

EU Customers: No additional customs fees or paperwork required.

Non-EU Customers:

  • Customer responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • Customs value: Based on order total including shipping
  • Documentation: We provide all required customs forms
  • Delays possible: Due to customs processing (not covered by delivery estimates)

Restricted Items

Some countries restrict import of certain materials. We'll notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your destination.

Currency

All international orders processed in Euros (EUR). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First attempt: Standard delivery attempt during business hours
  • Notification: Carrier leaves delivery notice with next steps
  • Collection: Package available at local depot/post office for 7-14 days
  • Return: Uncollected packages returned to us (customer pays return shipping)

Damaged or Lost Packages

Report immediately:

  • Damaged: Inspect package upon delivery and report within 24 hours
  • Lost/missing: Contact us if package doesn't arrive within estimated timeframe
  • Claims process: We handle all carrier claims on your behalf
  • Resolution: Replacement or refund processed within 5 business days

Wrong Address

  • Our error: We cover all reshipment costs
